The area surrounding the house is also worth a visit, especially the famous Port Wine Cellars and the waterfront views of the iconic Ribeira. → House This recently renovated house, with a very cozy atmosphere, provides all modern amenities while prioritizing sustainability, relying exclusively on renewable energy sources for its electrical supply. It is the perfect space for families or groups of friends looking for the perfect location for a few days in the beautiful Vila Nova de Gaia. → Bedrooms The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. → Bathroom The house has a bathroom with shower. → Living/Dining room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a desk for workaholics, and an inviting sofa. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine (coffee not included). → Terrace The terrace offers a relaxing outdoor area, ideal for sipping some Port wine. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
